Chad Dobbs
A native Austinite and Texas A&M University Finance graduate with a BBA earned in 2007, Chad has maintained a Texas real estate broker’s license since 2006. With over 20 years of proven success in the industry, he possesses comprehensive expertise in all facets of real estate, including the acquisition and disposition of more than $1 billion in multifamily properties.

Jeff Greenberg
has a successful 40-year career in over $1 billion of commercial real estate investments. His investments span across most facets of real estate including office, multifamily, industrial, land, and distressed debt instruments.
Along with Chad Dobbs, Jeff operates a successful investment joint venture platform. He has spearheaded the acquisition and asset management of more than 15,000 apartment units, developed business plans for all the acquired assets, and executed the plan achieving a profitable disposition. Through these ventures, shareholders have earned on average 15.0% – 30.0% annualized returns.
Jeff has transacted commercial real estate throughout Texas, Arizona, California, and Georgia. His ventures include both private equity and institutional investment partners, such as Cargill, Allstate Insurance Company, GMAC, Daiwa, Credit Suisse, Praedium Group, Bank of America, Fortis Insurance, and ING. Jeff graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. and is a real estate broker in the State of Texas since 1986.
Melanie Myers
Melanie Myers has more than 35 years in the multifamily property management industry. She serves as an Asset Manager and is responsible for overseeing all property takeover aspects, management, and upgrading our communities. She has managed and rehabbed hundreds of properties over her career, most of which was spent as a regional manager for a well-respected property management company. Melanie is a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor and a member of the Austin Board of Realtors. When Melanie is not working, she enjoys deep-sea scuba diving in exotic locales.
